In most cases, email resides in a wide array of locations and formats.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br/><br/>Good to know &#8211; <br/><br/><strong><font color="#000099">Mailbox</font></strong>: A database, directory or files storing email messages and attachments for an individual. A mailbox&#8217;s location depends upon the email system and process employed by a business or individual. <br/><br/><font color="#000099"><strong>Mail Server:</strong></font> A combination of hardware and software, functioning as a &#8220;Post Office.&#8221; A mail server sends, receives and relays email with other mail servers. <br/><br/><font color="#000099"><strong>Email Client:</strong></font> An application or program used by an individual to access and manage their mailbox and email. <br/>]]></description>
